In addition to release beta updates for iOS, macOS, and tvOS today, Apple has also updates its Safari Extensions webpage. The updated designs including the highlight link of extensions available in the Mac App Store, and also feature the ability to install extensions software from the webpage with a single click.

Safari Extensions are a powerful way to enhance and customize the browsing experience. The future of extensions development takes place in Xcode, where you can bring new capabilities to your extensions using native APIs and familiar web technologies.

Besides, it has brought a fresh new appearance to Safari Extensions Gallery, which includes nine handpicked apps at the top of the webpage ranging from 1Password, to Notifier for GitHub, to a translation extension. In the bellow of featured apps, there is order list you can use as customized according to ‘Popular’, ‘Recent’, or utilizing the ‘Categories’ or search feature.

Currently, there are only 27 extensions available on the Mac App Store, in which most of them can be downloaded Safari Extensions Gallery. Apple now is focusing on making an effort to encourage developers and users to use App Store, because users can download it in a very simple method from the webpage by a single click.
